My Dad has altzeimers, so his ability to be able to express himself and understand things is becoming more difficult, especially when he's not feeling well. I messaged Sharon and explained his symptoms but how they were not easing with his usual eardrops so we weren't sure what wax was there.
From that first txt on, she was wonderful. A skilled professional clearly motivated by the comfort of the patient.
She kindly came to check whether there was even a problem in his ears the next day and only then drew up a plan.. letting us know she was at the end of the phone if we had any questions or worries in the mean time.
The thing that was really touching to me tho as a daughter, is that through the whole process of Sharon meeting my dad and mum to the actual wax removal, is hearing from my mum about the dignity, kindness and respect she gave him in how she engaged with him and explained things.. My Dad definately felt that too, when he was talking to me about Sharon later that day. . That's priceless!
On top of that, her treatment was a success, and we saw him improve in other aspects of his demeanour which was such a relief..
so I would HIGHLY recommend Sharon, we are booking her to come to see my dad every 6months from now on , for her to do a check on his ears to try and keep at least any problems under better control going forward.. knowing she is there in the meantiime.

In my life I have been fortunate to havethe opportunity to meet a wide variety of professional people in different occupations , however I have to admit that I did not know what to expect when I needed wax removed from ears .
Having been given a contact by a well known High street hearing specialist I decided to make contact with clarity hearing health .
I phoned and the response for a booking was immediately arranged , for the examination and removal within five days of the booking in my own property , that proved perfect .
When Sharon arrived I felt very comfortable and relaxed , she explained the procedure clearly before the removal began , I was shown the build up of wax in each ear and the process only took 5 minutes to undertake with no pain , discomfort etc .
On completion I was shown a picture of the each ear being clear of wax and what a different it made to my hearing .
Based on my experience it was undertaken by a skilled professional in all aspects and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone , without doubt.
